ADI Leak Detection has spent over a decade finding leaks in homes, businesses and public buildings across England, Scotland and Wales. Retail Leak Detection brings that experience to shops, supermarkets, shopping centres, retail parks and the property and facilities teams that look after them.
The company is ADI Leak Solutions Ltd, trading as ADI Leak Detection. Twenty-five leak detection engineers are based around the country, and every one of them has at least ten years’ experience. Each carries the full range of non-invasive equipment, so the method is chosen to suit the leak.
Retail is different. A survey in a trading store has to be quiet, tidy and quick, and it has to end with a report the landlord and the insurer will both accept. That is what this service is set up to deliver.

How we work.
Evidence before excavation
Nobody lifts a tile or digs a trench on our say-so until the thermal, acoustic and tracer-gas evidence agree. If we are not sure, we say so.
Keep the shop trading
Non-invasive methods mean no digging and no lifted floors, so the shop can usually stay open while we work, with nothing left on the shop floor when we go.
